Home use: Apply 20 sprays to the body (lower back, hips, hamstrings) concentrating on soft tissue areas or painful areas of the body avoiding direct contact with eyes, mucus membranes, and other sensitive areas such as your face. You may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue remaining when the solution dries. A slight tingling sensation may occur during first uses of the product. If the sensation persists, add some water to the area to dilute. Most of the absorption is done within the first 30 minutes of contact.
