Colavocado Kefir Facial Protocol

PROCEDURE: 60 TO 75 minutes

Items needed for treatment: Keyano Aromatics Makeup Remover, Lavender or Lemon Milk Cleanser, Marine Plasma, Elements Massage Gel, Colavocado,  Kefir, Eterna Bella (Anti-Aging), Peptide Cream (Rosacea), Balancing Cream (Oily) Ultra Lift Eye Serum & Sun Defense

Step 1: Prepare facial chair with blanket, sheets & pillow.? Remove eye makeup & lipstick with Makeup Remover. Choose appropriate cleansing milk, apply to dry face and neck. Massage and rinse.

Step 2: Tone with Marine Plasma to remove any residue with a cotton pad.

Step 3: Steam skin for additional 5 minutes. Give scalp massage.

Step 4: Begin massage using Elements Massage Gel.

Step 5: Remove excess oil. Tone with Marine Plasma and wipe with cotton pad.

Step 6: Extract, if necessary. Tone with Marine Plasma & wipe with cotton pad.

Step 7: Apply Biome Re-Boot Kefir Mask (1 tbls. Colavocado mixed with 1 tbls. Kefir) leave on for 15 minutes and remove.? Tone with Marine Plasma.

Step 8: Finish with appropriate day moisturizer, Sun defense, Eye Contour Gel or Ultra Lift Eye Serum

SUGGESTIONS FOR USING Colavocado Kefir
It is highly recommended to add 5,000IU of WellvilleSpa Mega D3 & K2 and 1 capsule of Biome Re-Boot Supplement to your diet daily.

Use 4 fl. oz. (1/2 cup) serving daily first thing in the morning or at the end of a meal rich in vegetables or leafy greens (fiber) or before going to bed. After consuming Colavocado  Kefir, do not eat or drink anything for one hour. This amount is intended for adults. Daily dose for kids has to be adjusted according to their weight; i.e. 50 to 100 lbs. = 1/2 dose or 25 to 50 lbs. would be 1/4 dose, etc.

With every spoonful, it is best to swish around in your mouth for 30-60 seconds and then gargle before swallowing.

While consuming Colavocado Kefir, do not consume artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners kill the friendly good bacteria and microorganisms.

How to make Colavocado Kefir

INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE 1 LITER OF Colavocado Kefir
Stainless steel sauce pot
1 liter W hole Milk
1 Tbl. Kefir grains
1 tbl. Colavocado
Plastic strainer
Rubber spatula
Glass canning jar w/top

BEFORE STARTING Quality of the milk It is preferable to use WHOLE, high-quality, pasteurized cow?s milk (for its high content in proteins). Raw milk can be used since it has to be boiled anyway. Avoid using, “Ultra Pasteurized” (UHT) and homogenized milk since the high temperature used to sterilize it completely breaks most of the milk proteins. Avoid milk with added preservatives, hormones or other chemical substances. Do NOT use extra added vitamins A and D milk. Do NOT use rice, soy, almond, or lactose-free milk. Goat’s milk may be used if the same guidelines are followed. In line of principle, any mammal’s milk may be used. Please remember that changing the source and the kind of the milk the thickness of the final product can vary.

HOW TO PREPARE ONE BATCH (1 liter) of Colavocado Kefir

Be sure to wash your hands before any preparation activities and as needed during preparation, using clean paper towels (not textile towels) for drying and immediately discarding them after use. Be sure all work surfaces and utensils are clean.

Boil 1-1/2 gallon of milk, stirring well continuously to keep from sticking to bottom of pot until it boils. Milk boils when it blows up to the rim of the pot. Remove the pot from heat immediately. Do not over boil the milk. This point is critical. Cool milk to room temperature (68-86 ° F or 20-30 ° C) without stirring it (simply leave it at room temperature). Remove the thick layer off top and discard it (it is composed by caseins).

When the milk has cooled to room temperature transfer it back into the 1/2 gallon container.

Add the kefir grains to a canning jar and fill ? of the way with the cooled milk. Loosely cover the jar with lid so that air can pass over the fermenting milk while it is covered. Set the jarl aside in a draft-free shaded spot where it will not be disturbed and temperatures will remain around (68- 85 ° F). Do not mix or move it. Kefir will ferment in approximately 24 hours (depending on the room temperature and amount of kefir grains). You can check, 20 hours later from the beginning, if the thickness of Kefir is correct.

When kefir is ready add 1 tbl. Colavocado and whisk until blended. 

Split the product into single daily doses using glass jars with lid. Place Kefir in the refrigerator where it has to stay at least 2 hours before its use.

HOW TO STORE Kefir After the preparation Kefir can be drunk after two hours of refrigeration or stored into the fridge for a maximum of 2 weeks after the preparation.
